Account information includes your name, email and a protected password hash. Consultation requests include country, language, a broad support category and scheduling preferences. Professional applications include qualifications, experience and registration. Do not include medical records or detailed clinical histories in these forms.
Purpose and access
We use this information to operate your account, process requests, arrange sessions and verify professionals. Private request contents are encrypted in the database and accessible to the account owner and authorized service administrators. We do not use these requests for advertising.
Providers and confidentiality limits
Hosting and email providers process information to operate the site. Password setup and recovery messages go to your email. Private request contents are not emailed. Video sessions open with the agreed provider, whose terms also apply. Legal obligations and protection of life may limit confidentiality; your professional will explain these limits before therapy.
Retention and your choices
Requests remain stored for arranging and following up on your enquiry. There is no automatic deletion: the team handles access, correction and deletion requests individually, taking legal obligations into account. You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us. Removal from backups follows the hosting provider’s backup cycle.
Community, cookies and camera
Approved posts and nicknames are visible to registered members. You can remove your own posts. WordPress uses necessary sign-in cookies. This theme adds no advertising trackers. Camera and microphone checks run locally and are not recorded by the site. Additional plugins may have their own processing practices.
